1. Keep your product in the provided dust bag standing upright
2. Keep your product dry and avoid any wet contact or rough surface
3. Stuff your bag with paper wrap to restore and hold its shape.
4. Wipe Synthetic Leather bag with an alcohol-free wipe.
5. Do not use chemical cleaners
6. For unexpected oil stains, treat with powder

Ordering with us is easy – simply follow these steps:

1. pick your favorite product from our shop.
2. click “add to cart” and then on the next page press “proceed to checkout”.
3. Now fill in your personal information and address details then click “Place Order”.
4. Done!

Shipping and delivery takes 3-5 days (Saturday-Thursday) once an order is placed. 

Once your order has been shipped by our team, you will get an email from ARAMEX with your tracking number .

We’ll be sad to see you going , but there’s no need to worry; if you made a mistake, changed your mind or no longer need your items, you’ll have the option to cancel at the same day without paying any charges, as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

1. Returns could be done within 14 days of receiving the order.
2. Ensure your items are in an acceptable condition to be returned.
3. with a return request.
4. Set a return appointment by emailing  us or send us direct message on our fb /instagram pages.
5. Make sure that it’s not your last OLSA order 

Note: You’ll be charged a fee of EGP 50 for shipping.

1. Once we’ve received your items, our Quality team will process and check everything. Please allow another 1-2 days for this to take place.
2. If the return is accepted, Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from when the quality team approves the return.
3. If the return is not accepted, the item will be sent back to the original shipping address without a refund/exchange.
